Let's see if we can find some small pockets of happiness in what was a pretty miserable season.
My personal favourite was David Martins performance at Chelsea. You could tell how much it meant to him and his Dad.

That yarmolenko goal against chelsea was probably the one i celebrated most all season.

Saints away was good fun, near Christmas and a good win.
Chelsea at home was the best as very unexpected.
Overall a bloody pony season.

I think David Martin at Stamford Bridge is my favourite moment. In a season full of shit and disappointment to see one of our own keep a clean sheet and get 3 points on his debut at the grand age of 34 and what it meant to him. That night every West Ham fan was buzzing for him.
Another highlight for me was Norwich at home. We were superb that day, in the middle of a unbeaten run and Anderson that day was unbelievable. Haller scored and looked a real handful. It was 2-0 but should of been 4 or 5 at least. There was real optimism for the season walking out of the OS that day. Its the hope that kills ya

It has to be the six points from Chelsea, which we’ll say are the ones that kept us up. And to squeeze those two matches into one image, it has to be Alvin hugging his boy in the stands. Blend that picture with an image of Yarmolenko stroking home the winner in the home match, perhaps.

The Chelsea games definitely the best on the pitch moment ( there were very few ).
But overall that Sunday Sky interview which laid into the abject failure that is Sullivan, Gold and Brady's tenure at West Ham. The fact they got Sky to give an apology was comedy gold.
